4 – 6 Months Recipes Using Your Food Processor

When introducing babies to their first solids, it is best to use single ingredients of infant cereal, vegetable or fruit. This allows you to assess whether your baby is allergic to any of these new ingredients. At this initial stage, prepare purees which are thin and runny, which makes them easy for your baby to swallow.

1. Butternut Squash Puree

Loaded with fiber, vitamins, and potassium, butternut squash is an ideal choice when introducing your baby to solids. It is sweet and has a nutty flavor that most babies find irresistible. It is loaded with nutrients that help improve your baby’s eyesight, boosts their immunity, and reduce inflammation.
