“My toddler only likes smooth foods like baby food, purees and yogurt. Textured foods such as cereals, biscuits, oats etc she just wont eat – she makes such a fuss. I am worried about her health. Do you know other ways to make these foods more appealing to her?”
I was told by a doctor that as long as they are eating try not to stress, kids tastes change over time.
I would make your own purees when you can so bub gets used to the flavours of the different solid food. Then you can gradually introduce the puree in chunkier forms.
Also consider teething. My bub goes to soft food and milk for a few days when teething.
