RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    1.   Change of mind and want a credit?  No worries!  Just make sure you provide your receipt and if the purchase was made within 14 days of the date on the receipt we will provide a credit. You will be required to pay postage. The item must also be in brand new unused condition and sealed in original packaging.  If you would like a change of mind credit simply contact us at mail@cherubbaby.com.au to arrange the credit and return.

    2.    If the item is returned within 14 days and doesn't meet some or all of the above criteria we may, at our discretion provide a credit for other Cherub Baby items to be used within 30 days.  However you must provide a copy of your receipt for proof of purchase and the item must have been purchase directly from us and not another store.

    3.    If goods purchased are faulty and within the warranty period please contact the Cherub Baby team to arrange return of item for repair or replacement if item is unable to be repaired. Email: mail@cherubbaby.com.au or call Cherub Baby on 03 9005 1734.

    4.    If you receive item and it is damaged you may return item within 14 days of purchase. Once item is received we will assess reason for return and credit if necessary.

    5.    If we have sent you an incorrect item, contact us and we will give you our reply paid address - we will have to have the items returned before we can send out the correct items

    6.    For Hygiene reasons we cannot return some items such as breast pumps etc. Please contact us for more information on 03 9005 1734.
