The voucher code will be the same as your original voucher, and for this reason, can not be used again. Please note the minimum spend to redeem the voucher is $60 (after discounts applied). The gift voucher is unable to be used with any other promo codes.
Christmas Delivery Cut-off
We recommend placing your orders by the following dates for delivery by Christmas (*excludes items sent to and from Perth and Darwin):
- Standard Post: Monday 16/12
- Express Post: Friday 20/12
* Items sent to and from Perth and Darwin with Parcel Post and Express Post need to be lodged by 13 December to be delivered by Christmas.
Current processing times
Orders received by 12pm Monday - Friday will be processed & dispatched same day. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or if there's a delay, we will email you.
Due to our extremely fast order processing timeframes, changes to orders or fixing errors with receiver's addresses may not be possible. In these instances, we always recommend calling our office (03) 9005 1734 to ensure we have sufficient time to action these requests, though we're unable to guarantee this is always possible.
An estimate of current delivery times (once items are fulfilled):
-Melb, Sydney, Brisbane Metro 3-7 business days
-VIC-Regional, NSW regional, 4-10 business days
-QLD, SA, WA, TAS, NT – 5-14 business days
-New Zealand – 5-14 business days.
-Rest of the World – 10-21 business days
Australia & New Zealand
Domestic (+NZ) parcels are sent via courier service (Couriers Please, Aramex) or Australia Post at a flat rate of $11.90 for orders under $99 and FREE for all orders over $99.
International
International parcels are shipped by either Couriers Please or Australia Post. For shipping times please look up – to “current processing times”.
Shipping is only $45 for all orders under $250 and we ship to New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Europe, UK, USA, and Canada. We do not ship to South America or Africa due to unreliable freight.
We offer FREE shipping on international orders over $250.
Any import taxes are the responsibility of the customer, not Cherub Baby.
Pickup
Our warehousing and dispatch operations are run through a third party logistics company and their policy is that pickups are not permitted, therefore unfortunately we cannot accept pickups or drop-offs.
Pre-Orders
If you purchase an item on Pre-Order along with other items, the whole order will be dispatched when the Pre-Order item becomes available.
