BPA Free feeding products for your complete peace of mind

Cherub Baby - Wednesday, November 24, 2010

BPA or Bisphenol-A is used primarily to make plastics and is a key molecule in production of polycarbonate plastic which is used to make variety of common products including baby bottles.Studies have shown that bottles containing BPA, if heated, can leach into the food or drink inside which can create adverse health risk and may have an impact on the hormonal system of growing babies and young children.

While countries like France, USA and Canada have already taken a stand on this frightening issue and have either banned or removed the use of BPA from plastic products, Australia is yet to come on board and take this issue seriously. Until they do, we have taken the hard work out of choosing safe baby products for you by ensuring that all Cherub Baby products have passed strict international testing standards and are CE certified. This is why we have worked hard to ensure our range of bottles (including the ones in breast pump packs),teats and breast milk storage bags are 100% free of PVC, Phthalates and BPA making feeding your baby concern free.
